For our customers who purchased tubers in the 2009-2010 season, we will fulfill orders in the order in which they are received. The tubers will ship after April 1, when it is past the danger of the tubers freezing in transit. Buyers requesting shipment before April 1 do so at their own risk.
Each tuber you receive will have a viable growth eye and will grow with proper planting and care. If your tuber does not sprout after following the planting instructions, let The Dahlia Guy know by October 31, 2010, so he can replace it for you the next spring. No cash refunds.
